Welcome to STC Environmental Services, Inc. We have been providing environmental consulting services to the business community since 1992.

STC’s primary focus is commercial real estate. However, School Districts, Federal facilities, and municipalities are also a fair percentage of our clientele. To a lesser degree, we also help residential land owners.

Assessment of contaminated real estate requires a broad knowledge of several fields outside real estate, including state and federal environmental law, insurance and liability issues, public perceptions of health risks, chemistry and biology. It also requires the ability to work in tandem with attorneys, engineers, and other professionals.

Few firms have the knowledge and experience to evaluate contaminated properties. STC Environmental Services has that knowledge and experience, and we stake our reputation on providing accurate and reliable assessments of real estate.
